What is considered a custom order?
Any item where you pick the leather colors or add personalization is a custom order, because the leather is cut individually to your specifications.
Can I return the item if I don't like it?
Custom orders are handcrafted to spec, so they can't be returned. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we make.
Can I supply my own leather?
For liability and production reasons we can't work with customer-supplied leather.
I don't see what I want, can you make something specific for me?
It depends on the item. Email cs@storyleather.us with photos of what you have in mind and our team will suggest options and pricing.
Do you ship International?
Yes, we ship everywhere FedEx or USPS delivers.
